Vali’s suitcase is always ready as she travels a lot and brings up the pulse and trends of training activities from abroad. Dynamic, direct and communicative, she brings a special air to the implementation of training programs.

She is an experienced executive having worked in large companies. She is also a mentor, coach, consultant, workshop Facilitator and trainer in a wide range of topics. At the same, she is a speaker and facilitator of interactive sessions and programs at international conferences. She has extensive experience in the fields of strategy, empowerment, training and human resource development, and capitalizes on them for the highly interactive presentations he makes.

She started her career in the field of Consulting Services, as a Human Resources Consultant having undertaken important consulting projects.

She has been assigned to high leadership positions in large multinational organizations as well as the General Directorate of Subsidiary companies of Greece, Switzerland, Morocco and West Africa. At the same time she is active in Belgium, Switzerland and France, with the aim of providing Consulting Services, Training, Coaching, Selection and Development of Personnel.

She has two sons who study abroad and she is waiting for the summer to bring them all to her beloved island of Andros.
