1. MAPPING PHASE
What is the goal? To identify and highlight employee strengths and areas for development in relation to the agreed dimensions
How will we achieve it? Through a combination of methods and assessment tools, such as:
- Development center: identifies the competence level, behavioral preferences and dynamics of the participants
- Leadership lab: highlights areas for development, focusing on specific areas
- Prism ® Brain Mapping Tool: a Neuroscience-based tool for mapping behavioral and emotional intelligence trends and in a 360 environment
2. DISCOVERY PHASE
What is the objective? To support talents to create their personal development plan in combination with the results of the first phase
How will we achieve it? Through targeted actions leading to the individual development plan, such as:
- People Managers’ involvement: active and methodical involvement of People in the talent development process
- Self-discovery Questionnaire: structured questionnaire to capture the participants’ ambitions and career goals
- Assisted discovery interview: structured interview focusing on the results of the Mapping & Discovery Phases
3. GROWTH PHASE
What is the goal? To shape the appropriate learning & development journey of the participants, which will fit their personal needs and ambitions
How do we achieve this? Through a combination of Learning & Experiences Elements, which compose the common and individual learning paths of the participants, depending on their role and position in the organization, such as:
- Group Learning Activities in areas such as Personal, Leadership and Business Capabilities
- Group Experiences Activities, such as Mentoring, participation in Projects, Networking events, International Forums, Business Simulations, etc.
- Personalized Learning Activities, such as self-paced courses
- Personalized Experiences Activities, such as high impact Challenges, Job enrichment- Job shadowing, Managing department projects
4. MONITORING & SUSTAINABILITY PHASE
What is the goal?
To evaluate the success of the program and propose actions and activities to sustain the results.
How do we achieve this?
- By repeating the procedure of the first phase (Mapping phase) to evaluate the success of the program
- By implementing targeted actions and actions to sustain the results. Some of the actions may be:
