From the beginning of her career, Ioanna has been active in the field of human resources as a manager in the training and development department of large multinational companies. Today she is a Consultant in Human Resource Development as well as a Certified Personal & Executive Coach. She provides consulting services for skills assessment and development, develops human resource management systems in organizations, while participating in the development and implementation of numerous educational activities in management and leadership.
