Eugenia has many years of professional experience as a Human Resources Manager and Director of Organizational Development, Training & Recruitment in large organizations. In addition, through her role as Project Manager & Senior Consultant, she has been responsible for the design and implementation of educational projects with the aim of making positive changes in companies and developing the skills of their executives.
Her deep interest in people prompted her to deal more systematically with Training, Consulting & Coaching focusing on the management and development of human resources, strategic thinking, flexibility and quick adaptation to changes with the aim to achieve strategic goals. During the last 11 years, she has acquired the most important and demanding role of her life, that of a mother, raising her only son with unparalleled love and responsibility.
