    In this context, a comprehensive Quality and Environmental Management System has been developed and implemented, which fully meets the requirements of ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 standards.<\/p>

    The ongoing suitability of this Policy.The Management of People Development KOIN.S.EP (Avocado Learning Experiences), through regular and ad hoc meetings, identifies and ensures the availability of resources required for the proper functioning of the integrated Management System. At the same time, it sets measurable, objective goals related to quality, the environment, and the overall functioning of the company. These goals are aligned with the company\u2019s Vision, Mission, and Values, and are continuously monitored to ensure:
    The adequacy, effectiveness, and continuous improvement of the Management System, and The ongoing suitability of this Policy.

    • Focusing on and continuously monitoring their evolving needs,<\/li>

    • Continuously improving the implemented integrated Management System.<\/li><\/ul>

      Specifically, People Development KOIN.S.EP (Avocado Learning Experiences)<\/strong> is committed to:<\/p>

      • Complying with all relevant legal and other requirements related to its activities, concerning both environmental protection and the services provided.<\/li>
      • Establishing objectives, goals, and programs, which are systematically reviewed in pursuit of continuous and further improvement in quality and environmental performance.<\/li>
      • Collaborating with organizations responsible for environmental protection.<\/li>
      • Using natural resources (raw materials, energy, etc.) in the most efficient and responsible manner.<\/li>
      • Using energy responsibly across all operations.<\/li>
      • Protecting the environment by reducing the amount of waste generated, ensuring their environmentally sound handling and disposal, and identifying and assessing the Environmental Aspects of its activities.<\/li>
      • Recognizing risks and minimizing their consequences for all employees through appropriate preventive measures.<\/li>
      • Preventing injuries, illnesses, and adverse health & safety incidents that may arise from its operations and activities.<\/li>
      • Providing appropriate means to implement the best available techniques, to the extent possible.<\/li>
      • Ensuring staff are aware of their responsibilities as defined in the documented integrated Management System and sensitized to matters of Quality and Environmental Protection.<\/li>
      • Communicating this policy to employees, stakeholders, and the broader community.<\/li>
      • Ensuring that the partners and suppliers with whom it collaborates honor the commitments of People Development KOIN.S.EP (Avocado Learning Experiences) to its clients, thereby guaranteeing the best possible outcomes for both the organization and its clients.<\/li>
      • Continuously improving the integrated Quality and Environmental Management System.<\/li><\/ul>

        The proper functioning of the integrated Management System requires the involvement of all employees and the development of initiatives across the organization.<\/p>

        The ability of personnel to propose improvement suggestions is institutionalized and considered especially important for enhancing service quality and fostering a spirit of understanding and collaboration. The aim of People Development KOIN.S.EP (Avocado Learning Experiences) is to involve all employees in a continuous improvement cycle, enabling them to best respond to client requests. To achieve its goals, the company selects, trains, and continually educates its personnel.<\/p>

        A copy of this Policy has been communicated to all staff at People Development KOIN.S.EP (Avocado Learning Experiences) in appropriate ways to remind them of their responsibilities regarding quality and environmental protection. The Policy is also available to any interested party. For this reason, a copy is kept at the Secretariat.<\/p>
